Well, we made it, people. It's Friday, and I intend to make this weekend count. I'm most definitely going to knit, I'm going to try to make a bigger dent in my book, if not finish it altogether, I'll probably play a little Wii, and I'm absolutely gonna veg it up on my couch. And did I mention sleeping in tomorrow? For sure!! So to start things off, here are just a few of the highlights of my week. Hope yours was as good!
10. Fell back in love with Super Mario Bros. This time on the Wii.
9. Successfully trained my dog to sleep at the foot of our bed instead of having her sleep horizontally between us on our pillows. Not cool waking up to a face full of old dog butt.
8. Almost finished with another knitted gift project. Can't wait to deliver to its recipient!!
7. Had a delicious lunch bought for me yesterday from Panera. Oh how I love their Napa Almond Chicken Salad sammy!
6. Spent some quality time with friends, reminding me how important and special they are.
5. Watched Tosh.0 episode 2 of the new season and laughed so hard my tummy muscles ached. Daniel Tosh is a crude, irreverent genius.
4. Drooled (again) on myself during my acupuncture session. My doc is so amazing that not even being stuck with countless needles keeps me from falling asleep!
3. Made Marc laugh last night with my silly robot dancing and totally random song singing. Making a fool out of myself is so worth it to make him happy.
2. Ordered a replacement pair of the boots I completely destroyed in Europe. For half the original price!
1. Was reminded on several different occasions how very blessed I am to have my husband. And how much I adore even the tiny little dorky things he does.
